the one that is from 2019 already has about $10k in interest. Im looking at the previous years of payment amount and looking at what is owed for 2020, thats how im coming up with $10k in interest.
Im not worried, as it is a small drop in the bucket for a $20 million dollar purchase, and it will get payed when the sale finally goes through.
