So maybe lump sum payment plus a little extra for use without agreement, pay HCMC lawyers their fees, and future royalty payments for patent use... all the while HCMC can use same patent and royalties to increase their market share... sweet!!!...(-:

Agreed, as well. I DO think PM will settle, but only when it becomes inevitable that it will goto trial, and that could take us 1-2 years after all the motions, discovery, interrogatories, mediation, lawyer shuffling, etc

PM is well-versed in this litigation arena and this will NOT be a quick settlement, UNLESS HCMC can get a cease/desist order approved and PM has to stop marketing/selling their IQOS device and vapes
