One also has to consider that in the legal arena that an OUR RIGHT BUYOUT isn't consider a loss or that they had to settle.........

Court case are as well about perception and everybody being hap hap HAPPY or as best they can.

HCMC has already OPENLY STATED they are looking for a BIG COMPANY with serious marketing ability to pair with so PAIR AWAY!!!!!!!

SO make us a direct wholly owned sub of PM via a buyout say 8900 HCMC for one PM and that way we still see the benefit of HCMC in our PM stock.

The weed market is JUST really starting and if any really believe that the BIG TOBACCO companies aren't letting the little guys push the legal envelope to get it legal every where imho they are nuts.

They little guys always created the market first then the BIGS swoop in and take it over.

It wont be local weed stores anymore where ya buy bud and go home and roll, they will just be in a pack just like smokes are today.

And I would think WEED is a lot easier to grow it is a WEED and grows like one if ya have ever grown it.
Already in OKLA we have weed farms that are 100 to 200 acres and a lot of smaller ones.
Plus the price would most likely come down and they will run all the little guys out or buy em out.

That is just the way BIG BIDNESS DOES THINGS if a competitor won't sell out DA BOYZ drop prices so low the little guys choke out and die.

true it usually takes 1-2 years to settle a case like this. I have been involved with similar settlement cases that took a little over 3 years. especially with COVID NWO. However PM lied to the FDA about how hot their heating device in their vape gets, if that becomes official in court this will also incur huge penalty fees from the FDA and burn a bridge. I doubt PM will allow this to go into Discovery, will just cost them a lot more money and time. Im sure they don't want on their record losing a court case, looks very bad to investors. They will probably settle after dragging this out right before trial starts. im estimating 6 months based on my research.
