Agreed, 100%. They aren't stupid and they aren't broke. It's business, calculations, and basically a Chess match. Hcmc just advanced a nice pawn, freeing up a bishop. Expect PM to do the same. Is Cozen good enough to check mate in 5 moves? We shall see. I do believe that if it goes in front of a jury, a settlement will quickly follow prior to. PM doesn't want to lose their IQOS and HCMC has already stated in the past that they are seeking a large company (PM) to push their product as to reach significantly more people than they could themselves.
