Here is another sub company that just went live. why do the paperwork and sign contracts with the Vietnam Government for 100's of millions in projects and allocate 20% cash holding to secure the projects as outlined in the Vietnam government PPP requirements to win a bid.
IMO after lots of research. The reason notes are diluting and not getting paid outright is because the PPP requires 20% cash holding and all the money is tied up on these projects. All the Vinafilms revenues are rolling into the PPP project holding requirements.
Not here to pump or bash. I just went through a ruff spot on the board for addressing a topic that needed vetted. CEO clarified it. But look for yourself and decide what you want to do.
Why would a US Company go through the GAAP audit process, secure projects with another government and open new entities if things were not progressing?
