Huh? What insider is selling? NONE!! Look at the SEC documents no insider has sold in years, they didnt sell at 10 cents either so why in the heck would they sell at 4 cents??
The fact is insiders know that TPTW is going to dollars, they are not selling!! If they was to sell it would be reported in the SEC filings which show none are selling
