I don't understand why there is doubt about the buyback program? They've never stated otherwise! Investors doubt everything when pps is going down and doubt nothing when the PPS is going up!! Hopefully he'll return your mail but I'll bet nothing has changed other than people worrying because the PPS has been going down. Pretty much like 99 out of 100 OTC stocks lately which have all gone down dramatically!
