Well I emailed the company, hopefully I get a response addressing some concerns, or some new info comes out.
Here’s what I asked:

Hi,
I’m a current investor, and I’m looking for some more transparent info on what’s going on with the company. The withdrawal of the last offer has left a lot of investors confused and concerned on the path forward. There is a lot of bad blood with siml Scott in the past, and I believe this should be addressed ASAP. Please put out some relevant information on the current outlook, and the true relationship with SIML.
Also there is doubt that there is still a stock buy back program in place. A lot of investors believe it’s been scrapped, and dilution of shares are being implemented, to raise cash for unknown reasons.
Please please please address investors with more information then just a Twitter post!!!
