The stock has fallen since the SEC busted OCMillionaire for the pump and dump in ARCS which featured a fake corporate website. I think COWI is undergoing the same BS.
COWI is worthless. They have millions in toxic death spiral debt outstanding, plus lots of court judgements against them. No one is going to provide the millions to bring them back to zero. They would just use a clean shell.
