My running theory is: If KBLB had something substantive to PR they would, because they've already shown their strong desire to PR (recently once a week on mostly Tuesdays) and their predilection to PR fluff (showing they're grasping for stuff to put out).

As I have been saying, Maxim is not permitting more than fluff. When the S1 gets approved this will change.

Many here have argued the bigger PRs will come as part of the R/S, share offering and up list. This would be consistent with smaller PRs being provided to keep people in the loop but knowing the bigger news will be used to support the up list effort.

In the mean time, there are worse things that could be happening than increasing Prodigy staffing, securing additional production materials and accelerating production schedules and timelines, along with patent protections being put in place.

Could it be that production is underway presently and more details surrounding it will come when the up list is executed?

More to come...

Great post.

You are exactly correct. If KBLB was producing, they would be shouting it from the mountain tops. Heck, they would probably create a half-dozen PRs for that one event. After all, they created about 6 PRs for the announcement of the Board-Elect (which they have never seated in over a year and a half), which turns out was a non-event.

Yet there are statements made that commercial production is happening, that contracts are being fulfilled, that KBLB is storing prodct in secret warehouses around the world, that there is a quiet period, blah, blah, blah...

I guess we are to believe that the company can PR fluff, but they can't PR the real deal?

<< There is no reason to PR fluff unless one is overly concerned with the PPS. >>

That is exactly correct. In addition, there has also been a lot of stock price manipulation going on over the past month or so that happens on almost a daily basis. Today was no exception to the rule. In the last few minutes, a small buy was initiated to paint the share price higher.
