After all, if we haven’t heard something directly, publicly, from the company it means nothing is happening.

I'm not following. I don't know that anyone is arguing that if we haven't heard anything nothing is happening. I think the Kuwait patent comment was more directed at the fluff PRs that management seems to hope will be taken as substantive.

Clearly something is happening. The what is the big question. Is it good? Is it another "pesticide on the mulberry leaves and all the worms died" fiasco? (Which by the way was PR'd much later and in extremely vague verbiage.

To prove the point further, look at what was happening in the company in January--T.K. was packing his stuff and saying hasta la vista. The company was silent, but something happened. Was it good? ("Yay, we are finally focusing on production!") or was it bad? ("Classic KT again--not saying anything")

My running theory is: If KBLB had something substantive to PR they would, because they've already shown their strong desire to PR (recently once a week on mostly Tuesdays) and their predilection to PR fluff (showing they're grasping for stuff to put out).

There is no reason to PR fluff unless one is overly concerned with the PPS. And if one is overly concerned with the PPS, the resounding echo on this board is: Produce already; problem solved!

And that, clearly a no-brainer, does not seem to have happened yet. Else you can rest assured we would've had a PR about it (minus the whole unsubstantiated theory that they're already mass producing and secretly shipping and they are just waiting to uplist to announce it all).
