Probably a few more shares at lower price. Who knows right. This is going up today IMO Not getting enough shares let loose at lower level will have to bring pps up.
The Note holder doesn't seem as aggressive as before and has been showing his shares recently on L2. We had a bad close yesterday so hopefully the stock can recover today. Time will tell. Go $PHIL
This is what I'm watching currently. I'm following the numbers. If Friday we update with less than last Friday outstanding. We are going in the right direction.
Since we were updated of the amicable terms the constant rumor I keep hearing is under 2mill USD left of dilution then done. I understand why these investors feel that is an appropriate target number after chatting with them.
Financials will confirm like twitter update said.
I'm anticipating another 600mill-1Bill shares on open market then done myself so long as Friday numbers are less than last Friday numbers.
