Does anyone have the case number with regard to the companion case at the USITC?

I have been looking for it but, thus far, have not been able to locate the number.

What about the earlier motion to delay. . .help me lawyers. . .does that not stop everything in its tracks, including HCMC's NEED TO RESPOND to MTD. IN other words, the need to respond filing will "pick back up" if they don't come to a settlement within the time of the stay period, I'm thinking! And consequently today's looking for a response on our part could be moot, because of the approved stay order. What say you, attorneys/legal beavers??
