I stopped guessing quite a while ago. I do believe that whatever is causing the delay is a VERY good thing! In order of likelihood IMO:
1. Publication in a top tier journal
2. BLA application or expedited review status (or similar)
3. Buyout or partnership

If I must guess I’m going with Monday May 31, 2021. If you had asked me in October 2020 I would have guessed November 2020, so it goes to show how jaded I’ve become.
