Lem, I agree that we will see what kind of person Judge Du is, based upon her ruling on our filing. That has been my thought since we began work.

I disagree that she will certainly find any reason to rule against us. While I cannot completely rule it out, the optimist in me says that she genuinely wants to get it right, and if we can convince her that serious mistakes were made, and the defense has unclean hands, she will consider correcting our ruling. We certainly will be engaging in a full court press to achieve that result.
