marjac,

An excellent submission of facts and scientific filings upon which was used in this court filing... You deserve all the credit in bringing scientific
data to base your court filing which AMARIN'S legal groups
failed so egregiously to do. This should put our Court System on full view is so many ways.

Agree Gavin wrote a great piece, smashed Heinencke to bits, but I have a question about something he brought up - that researchers very frequently make analytical mistakes, inferring that something is significant when it's really not because they didn't make the proper comparisons. Many of the mistaken authors he cites are POSA's - so even if a POSA decides something is obvious based on a flawed analysis, and it's common to make those mistakes, doesn't that mean a given POSA is really not a POSA? But how do you know they're wrong, who do you trust, if so many make these common mistakes? Clearly Heinencke proved himself to be one of these non-POSAs but Du believed him.

I'm not sure that makes sense, brain is worn out from 3+ hours trying to resolve a recurring Comcast email problem - think what I'm trying to say was Du really tricked and fraud occurred because a common statistical mistake was accepted as true? I'm not talking about the cropped Kura table here.
