They said mid-january....not january 10th. It may already be a done deal. You know that. Come on caution. They are releasing the 8-k and pr at the same time which will come out once all is done.

NO, it's NOT LATE. I am serious. They expected the definitive agreement to be completed by the 10th. LOI expired on the eob 11th. 8k needs to be filed within 4 business days from there. So, 8k should be filed today or tomorrow and they will likely PR at the same time for further explanation and maximum effect.

PR and 8k coming out at the same time makes sense and they NEVER said they would PR it they day the agreement was reached.

Sell your shares then, there are many who would like them.
