Still not late??? LOL. The 10th has come and gone?? 30 days from the LOI has come and gone? Very late as far as I'm concerned. Not looking good to me. I don't like when companies don't keep their word, it's usually a bad sign.IMO

Wasn't life nice when the hardest thing you had to do was chase an icecream truck :)
