Sink or Swim that is funny.Since I do not daytrade the platform does not mean as much to me.I hope you find one you like.

Brokers buy each other all the time.I remember Scottrade and TD Waterhouse.I remember I had a Zecco account years ago.They were bought buy Trade King who was bought buy Ally.

What is your theory on why some brokers wont do Caveat Emptor OTC stocks?
