LM106c is available for all customers including Apple

If I've been reading the tea leaves correctly it is simply this...and ANYONE..please correct me if I have this wrong:

106C was developed by Li AFTER Crucible connection closed with Apple for shared patents in 2016.

106C is cheaper than LM105...and perhaps has other more positive properties over LM105.

Apple wants to use 106C because it's cheaper and has these other properties.

Also Li can manufacture liquidmetal parts using 106C that fall outside the licensing domain signed with Apple in 2010.

OR perhaps Li cut a deal with Apple: "you let me manufacture for you and we will cut you in on all the LM patents we filled after 2016."

Do I have this right?
