What did Rosenberg know and when? The truth will set you free.

Edick signed off on the Harvest Report because FarmOn! is listed with the state of NY as the Hemp Researcher and main beneficiary of the Hemp for the pilot program. No reason for Edick to lie on the form that the harvest died.

They knew the crop yields 3 weeks prior to harvest when the report was due.

According to the state FarmOn! and MCIG share the IP 50/50. And if the State of NY wishes, they can sell the IP to the highest bidder if they so wish royalty free, leaving FarmOn! and MCIG holding a flaming bag of poo.

I'm willing to bet that MCIG didn't expect anyone to pull the Harvest Report through an FOI request. If MCIG was paying attention, and someone was reporting back to them, they had plenty of warning that the results from the Harvest Report were going to come out. I did ask about the harvest report in October and then again in November, but you know someone and his responses to factual information. I also mentioned it to others that they should be looking at the harvest report as a DD item around that time.

Research is experimentation, trial and error. Since they involved the company in a research project they are covered and the pictures were proof of concept... or in this case, failed proof of concept.

As for the money, consider it donated to a Non-for-Profit for research purposes and 50% of the IP after the 3 year term of the research project is finished. Which is why Paul is not pursuing the lawsuit any longer.

What ever happened to the land in Cali City from the Cal Acres project that failed in the California Desert?

as stated they dismissed or settled them , so yes there were lawsuits. This is Paul’s way to be caught up in lawsuits. Too many for this size of company. No one stated anything about active lawsuits

First Bitcoin attempted to enforce the patent it’s easily googled and researched. It’s one thing to be a patent troll when you actually have something worthy of trolling .

Many companies list major vendors and especially if they are paid via stock based compensation. So it isn’t nonsense to have that transparency but Paul used it enrich potential friends of the company. Rick Ross and that DJ aren’t bag holders I’m sure.

Regardless of this assumed revenue the business was quickly shuttered and So doubtful this operation was running as successful as their 10K made it seemed

Paul doesn’t need a salary when he was making friends and himself millions in stock based compensation. Just waiting to see the 10K here and how he’s going to funnel money out of this next scam
