What did Rosenberg know and when? The truth will set you free.

Edick signed off on the Harvest Report because FarmOn! is listed with the state of NY as the Hemp Researcher and main beneficiary of the Hemp for the pilot program. No reason for Edick to lie on the form that the harvest died.

They knew the crop yields 3 weeks prior to harvest when the report was due.

According to the state FarmOn! and MCIG share the IP 50/50. And if the State of NY wishes, they can sell the IP to the highest bidder if they so wish royalty free, leaving FarmOn! and MCIG holding a flaming bag of poo.

I'm willing to bet that MCIG didn't expect anyone to pull the Harvest Report through an FOI request. If MCIG was paying attention, and someone was reporting back to them, they had plenty of warning that the results from the Harvest Report were going to come out. I did ask about the harvest report in October and then again in November, but you know someone and his responses to factual information. I also mentioned it to others that they should be looking at the harvest report as a DD item around that time.

Research is experimentation, trial and error. Since they involved the company in a research project they are covered and the pictures were proof of concept... or in this case, failed proof of concept.

As for the money, consider it donated to a Non-for-Profit for research purposes and 50% of the IP after the 3 year term of the research project is finished. Which is why Paul is not pursuing the lawsuit any longer.
