I agree, we really should be above .10 and going up
with all the great news and contracts TPTW has signed,
especially with the state of Nevada.
Has to have a lot to do with all the shorting or
the MM games they been playing with TPTW.

I for one is quite happy for being stuck in the mud.
Todays .0395 got me back to half milly after family & life made me sell a large chunk a few months ago.

Then TPTW popped to 8's and I thought I'd never see half milly again.

I'd rather be adding under a nickle,
than adding dimes;-)
