No, they haven't. Right now, the SEC has nothing to do with USEI or their situation with OTC Markets. If OTC Markets is content with what Miller has filed, they'll put the ticker as Current Info. If not, they'll tell Miller what they object to and make him file an amendment to rectify the problem.
