Well they had to buy the land, and need money for building materials. Plus they have a new CFO that needs to be paid for his work too.

OS has increased 49M+ (22.6% YTD) since 12/31/2020. The last increase of 5M increase was reported about a week ago but no new shares reported since then. Some of that might have been due to the new CFO striking while the iron was hot.

OS increased 37M between 12/31/2019 and 12/31/2020.
