I can second that, I noticed the OS jump around when laser was calling everything out a while and i think it was a week or two before the updates about the land purchase and new CFO. I mean with there stock worth a bit more and getting ready to green light I don't blame them. Sell a few million shares off, get a bit of working capitol. With BTC where its at they can afford to increase the OS like that if it means being able to get a decent team together, expand, and bring in some extra help hopefully to get it going a little faster.
