As I stated this morning, as of 5:30 am EST/2:30 am PST, all of the completed materials were sent to local counsel in Nevada, with instructions to file in the "am", meaning by 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST.
I have not received confirmation of filing as of yet, but I will be in constant communication with counsel until the filing is completed. This is one aspect beyond my direct control, because the Nevada court system will not let me electronically file until my pro hac vice admission is granted, but my pro hac vice admission cannot be granted until local counsel signs off on the Petition and files it.
Believe me, it would be quite satisfying if in some small way, this project can contribute to Dracarys raining down on the shorts, as well as all other adversaries of Amarin's shareholders.
