Gotta be from New York. The only place i have ever been where the bars don't get busy before 10:30 PM, closed the doors at 04:00 AM ( if you are still in the bar it becomes a private party) and re-open at 05:00.

I lived in Saratoga back in 79-80 while I was in the Navy. The bar across the street used to open at 05:00 AM.
