I'm glad they did it and it's a gooooood sign and their CEO Tweeted it - but when most public companies higher a "Senior" level position - they PR IT !
It's not considered hype of promotion - I can show literally 100's of PR of "XYZ Corp has added key staff via hiring our new Sr Accountant Ms Mary Joe Public and she has 20 plus years of accounting experience having worked for XYZ and ABC corps to name a few. She holds a B.S. in accounting and an MBA from XXX University and is a chartered CPA in the state of CA" blah blah blah - and put her photo up is common and ON THE INND MAIN WEBSITE !!
I'm always just a tad "suspect" of Twitter - versus being willing to issue FULLY PUBLIC (as in news wires can access it and "pick it up" and print it on Yahoo Finance as one example) versus Twitter which is a "closed" community and requires one to have an account, etc.
PR IT MATT - THIS, THIS is actual "PR WORTHY" versus some of the lower level BS that INND has put out.
STAFFING UP in "Sr Positions" and especially ACCOUNTING to "Get current" and move the company to the next major growth level is VERY "NEWS" WORTHY and deserves a PR in my humble opinion :)
