Looks like a US$575m funding of 2.5% (5yr) Notes with conversion price of $9.31 p/sh. Funds could go to accelerate exploration (drilling) on Western Forelands project or to build a smelter on Kamoa - could be a 12-15 stock coming July especially with Cu @ $4.11 p/pound - i think we are entering a bull market for copper with the world going electric and all the major car manufacturers building gigafactories all around the world, they will need batteries and batteries need copper
