Is that what generated the volume spike ?




So would that be a (kind of) Preferred shares issuance then (with something like a 2.5 % yield) and a conversion price of $9.31 ?

Or simply a different type of offering

$575m Notes @ 2.5% 5 yrs conversion price $9.31



At any rate it seems to have affected the share price to where the trend line's come back into play....


Which is fine (actually terrific) as long as we don't experience a broad market sell off



Historically low interest rates promised for 3 more years........hmmmmm
