Thanks, cbb. Hopefully we can do some good for the shareholders. We are very focused on winning. Filing this is like making the Super Bowl, but now that we are here, we might as well win.
I have to agree with all the hard work that was put in by Marjac and HK. It is a very very long shot, but at the very least it will, perhaps, make judges a little more cognizant that even in obscure patent cases their rulings are being picked apart by other experts and maybe that scrutiny will make for more measured rulings (not holding my breath on that one). I was happy to contribute a little.
