And not sure your understand this or not, I am not in control of AYA she and only she is so................... I wasn't thrilled with this latest appeal and would love for this to be over, but guess what, I have as much control over what she does with her legal rights as you do.

The underwriters are the ones holding this up anyway, all they needed to do was to move to CLASS 22, which legally is the only place they should have ever been placed in the first place.
