No, is the short answer. The OS goes up when the company increases the OS by granting shares (to employees or contractors as payment), or when notes convert and the company is forced to issue shares to cover the conversion at the pre-established guidelines.

OS does not go up as a result of normal daily trading.

The 90M trades could be the note holder selling the shares they have, and/or could be a broker who is buying them for Henry, via a pre-negotiated agreement.

I don't know how to explain it so you feel as though it is understood, but there are plenty of great minds on the board and I'm sure some will be able to do a better job then I am.
