Yes, this new Shorting Rule applies to all OTC Markets; OTCQX, OTCQB, Pink Markets.

Could have positive implications for BIEL. Requires Daily Supplemental Liquidity Deposits if individual Brokers have excessive Shorting. Previously the Deposit amount was estimated once a month. Starting 3/19 if a Broker exceeds his Liquidity Deposits he gets a call and has 1 hour to increase his Deposit.
