I hope that you are right. I also hope that these new regulations will impact the big players as much as the smaller ones. This manipulation is frustrating but can be endured knowing that at least some daily accountability will be required. Hanging tough!

I did some research and those rules don’t start on 19th. They were proposed rule changes and they are given a chance to respond and or object starting the 19th. After that the SEC still has to approve for changes. Could still be a bit before enacted...
