LTNC CEO said he was going to make the drink a household name by April 1st. He also said we would see the product in Kroger and 7-Eleven. Not to mention that several GOAT's were lined up to endorse the product.
I'm not sure the SEC wouldn't view that as "pumping" the stock. Unless, he can prove those things and I know he can't.
