My guess is Advent.. we heard the same arguments many years ago regarding Cognate .. exactly the same ... and all the money NWBO posted in developing production in Cognate, who made money on it ... all involved except NWBO shareholders. There is nothing in this PR that is bullish when you know and recognize the past and not least various ownership structures. The only new knowledge that has come out of that PR, is that it will be months before we see TLD but on the other hand, everyone with an IQ above room temperature were aware of that in advance.
