That pr was in early 2019 and it states...

As previously announced on or about Apr 7, 2019, small business funding specialist, Liberty Capital Group, Inc. is in the process of completing the acquisition of a controlling interest from Sebastien DuFort

As of 10/30/2019, Dalsey did not have a controlling interest from what I can see.

Since nothing's been posted to OTC Markets since 2019, it's unclear what the situation is. Dalsey is still CEO and President as far as shareholders know. But he hasn't been heard from.

The pr put out a few days ago wasn't signed by either Dufort or Dalsey.

And if there wasn't enough consternation about the lack of transparency, they put up a website that hasn't got even the most basic information on it. Like a list of officers.

The big question is when will they post a financial report to OTC Markets. Assuming they will some day.
