Clearly NONSENSE!

$1,029,765 due in loans!

The company finally acknowledged that there is ongoing dilution but the shares haven't been issued yet! So any statements otherwise have been proven FALSE!

There are shares which are to be issued but have not been issued yet. Those shares are included in the accrued expenses and interest expense and were valued based on current market price at the time of the agreement.

Basically they have issued IOU shares! Of course, upon going pink, if they ever do... it is obvious what will happen immediately!

This is basic DD, and all investors should verify it themselves!

The truth can't be refuted!
