Good point. I thought I read that NSAV owns 50% of Virtua, but all the PR says NSAV "acquired" it. So that implies 100% ownership. I do not know the percentages, bottom line. Could be 51%. I do know Virtua will manage their own company and NSAV will act as a parent and receive revenues. I believe SBC has a role in this and may own shares too. SBC introduced Virtua to NSAV, as they did Yuen Wong. In any case, I do not believe JT would meddle in VB, and he may not be able to by contract.
