Or they aquired a percent, there isn't enough info in the PR and there was no 8k stating the agreement.

But, we do know NSAV has some of it and I believe it is going to be a great VB App.

Yes this is what I believe ...if the news release was worded correctly...NSAV owns 100% of VirtuaBroker maybe paid for by preferred shares ? If they bought any more than 50% but less than 100% the news release would have said NSAV acquired a controlling interest in VirtuaBroker...
