NO not all all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE Uw's would be required to RETURN to the P's what they should have gotten and those shares that should have gone to the P's would come from the U's CLass 22 which they FULLY ACKNOWLEDGED in POR & they could be diluted but not the P's.
Alice would be paid by say a third or some settled upon amount of those shares.
This is why the upset by those not holding P and only holding U's as the dilution would then have been properly applied to the class it should have been in the first place CLASS 22 was the only CLASS that according to the POR could be diluted NOT CLASS 19 and is what we all voted for, but that was ILLEGALLY CHANGED and AFTER THE FACT
