i agree with you, back. bcit shareholders were financial victims on a brutally wide scale here. no question at all.

i am just talking about the people that Lahr & Megas (& maybe Huxley's guy) scammed with their ponzi scheme or whatever it was years after BCIT stopped trading. Restitution is tied to the case at hand. I am saying that if Megas is captured/arrested, makes a deal, and if any funds are even left and retrieved by DOJ from him, those monies will go to the victims from which the indictment & case charged him for, not for bcit shareholders. As far as I can tell. Now, Megas's capture/arrest could trigger other actions that would benefit us, we just don't know as we are in the dark. Why hasn't DTC acted yet?
