"Financial victims" can best be described by those of us who invested in this convoluted scam back in 2005!

Those who scripted this BS soap opera.. those who sold it.. defended it "ad nauseum" as legal benefactors on our behalf are the ones who should end up losing any monetary investments.

If.... any resolution might come to fruition YEARS down the road... those of us who paid $$$ as investors in the market deserve the LEGAL description as "financial victims" one hell of a lot more than anyone else.

Sorry for the rant....but I just can't swallow the possibility that investors have less recourse to restitution than the SOBS who have us posting here because of their well scripted scam.
