They tried to give you GV? Don't think you mentioned that before. On my Part D plan in my state GV isn't even listed.

No, they said that they would forward to their PBM. I subsequently received my refill without a PA and without a problem for $24/3 month supply. So, I decided not to press it.

That really is weird. Someone posted a while back that ES did not even recognize that GV existed. I can only say we've been smooth sailing with them since GV became avaliable. GV never mentioned as an option and my doc did not even do a DAW. We're on automatic pilot with $9 for 120 days Vascepa.
