Just to clarify, I've been talking about the provisional application referred to here:
"On March 18, 2020, the Company announced that it had filed a provisional U.S. patent application covering its pharmaceutical grade version of Tauri-Gum™."

If you've seen a non-provisional patent application that the Company hasn't announced, I obviously know nothing about it.
