I beg to differ. The Ratain-feuerstein corollary did not appear out of thin air. It’s merely an astute observation regarding inevitable small bio upgrading (or not) for a successful launch. That’s normally a very difficult thing to hide, although for LP it’s been easier because people are still trying to figure out whether she’s just doing it for Toucan profits or for true DCVax-l readiness. It’s getting harder to conceal the directed effort toward a ramp, and harder for shorts to persuade others this is (they argue) just a scam to instead only build CDMOs for profit and nothing else.
