No! Shareholders seem the last to know. Someone please educate the management team on FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY to shareholders.

If a material event, i.e., closing the massive LOI without informing shareholders, fines and possible delisting could be in our future.

In all my years of trading, wouldn't they have had to file and obtain approval for a Form 10, prior to uplisting to NASDAQ or am I missing something?.?
