In all my years of trading, wouldn't they have had to file and obtain approval for a Form 10, prior to uplisting to NASDAQ or am I missing something?.?

Based on the fact that they uplisted to NASDAQ without a form 10, I would presume that we all learn something new in the stock market in our many years of trading.
